He's an obvious first ballot HOF. I personally can't think of any other fighters who have consistently gone after the best fighters in the division, no tuneups other than mandatory fights ordered by the alphabet organizations, and he completely cleaned bantamweight out, and is in the process of doing the same at 122. None of the other undisputed champions in the four belt era can say the same. I suspect he'll go down as an ATG, but he's still got time on the career. Very little fluff in that resume.
