I wouldn’t even consider this fight a sparring match
    Just how bad it was
Not sure what to consider it

Like I said most all the top boxers and across multiple other sports are in their 30s today so that's kinda irrelevant 37 isn't what it was 20 years ago..you didn't even have hardly any boxers at all outside of maybe hopkins and foreman that were on top at 37 20 years ago...in recent history top boxers are well into their 30s still beating up guys in their 20s.... which in the real world is actually normal because a 20 something will usually get wiped out by a in shape guy in his 30s in a real fight 1 on 1

main problem has been people actually thinking their old when they are in their 30s and letting themselves go because society says you're old now but that's changed now people are seeing they actually can stay young for longer if they take care of the body and don't take too much punishment..

Regardless of his age, Jacobs looked like he literally just got off the couch didn't train much at all really just came for the check. Whatever the case he def did not do a full hard 8 week camp just looking at his body it was obvious then the lack of accuracy in his punches just seemed overly sloppy he couldn't have been doing much mitt work lol.

Let’s just say he didn’t do much of anything
          Quite sad

The statement that Mosley Jr. made was that Jacobs should've never come out of retirement.
If you take the Rosado controversial loss into account, Jacobs is on a career worse three fight losing streak.

Jacob has always been overrated. His biggest win was against another hype job in Peter Quillin.

Donaire turned 37 in that year himself clown, and was already washed up and shot, plus he took way more punishment than jacobs ever did in his career at that point.

Lackluster end to a decent career.

The curse of the aged boxer: Can’t pull the trigger.

I’ve watched as some of the most aggressive pressure fighters got old, and then they turn into the worst mixture of styles — wading face-first into opponents (like, I’m fidna kill you!) and then waiting for an opportunity to counter. That gets ugly fast.
