Funny read through I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Rocky IV is my favorite Rocky.

Another funny line from the movie.

Apollo - “I feel like I can eat nails!”

Rocky - “I never tried those things.”

    Apollo - “What?”

Rocky - “Snails. I never tried ’em.”

    Classic.

Why subscribe to Prime when you can watch it for free, if you catch my drift. Free, it's the most Merica thing to do.

If you’re rating the Rocky movies on quality, then it’s not going to get a fair shake. A persons age factors in. My dad was a HUGE fan of the Rocky movies. And not cuz of anything to do with boxing. It was just a cultural thing at that time. My dad has since passed. No sympathy needed. We weren’t close. But for some strange reason, my dad and I connected with the Rocky movies. And for that, I’ll always love the movies. If i has to rate them, I’ll go…..

              1) Rocky 4, by a landslide!!!!!!!!
              2) Rocky 1
              3) Rocky 3
              4) Rocky 2
              5) Rocky 5. Nothing past this one even ranks. It should really stop with the first four. And number 5 shouldn’t even get a ranking. But I’ll give it one. No Creed’s, none of this stuff with Tarver in it. Just good ole classics from the 80s and 90s. Terrible music, terrible acting, lots of terrible. But memorable stuff to those that know. RIP pops!

                Can we be real? Good.

If it was not for James Brown's "Living in America" and Drago's "If he dies, he dies" line, this would be a completely forgettable movie. But James Brown does what James Brown did his entire life which is breathe life into everything he did, and Dolph Lundgren proved he was the best actor on set.

Lundgren was also a better Universal Soldier than JCVD, the fourth best Expendable (after Stathom, Li, and Snipes), and was the best Punisher on film. (One of those is sarcastic, the others I mean. I leave to you all to guess)

Side note: We owe Living in America for one of the top 10 Weird Al songs "Living with a Hernia". It just keeps giving....

I agree Rocky 4 is the best, but Rocky 2 is up there as well!

What Rocky 2 has going for it, is it captured the energy of the original.

and Rocky Balboa is actually not that bad.

The only Rocky that really ****** was the 5th one. And even then, it’s still watchable.

The only reason it gets all the hate that it gets, is cuz Rocky’s basically retired in that one.
