There's a little more to it than VK just "hitting back"

When I was boxing as a 15 year old, one of the very first things I was told was...
that in Law, a boxers fists are regarded as weapons, and if he punched anyone, it would be regarded as assault with a deadly weapon.

I spent some years later in Law, and found that this actually was true. In
Ireland and England anyway, so I'd assume that even judges elsewhere, take a very serious view of a boxer involved in assault charges, even as the "attackee". And so they should. 99% of the public have no idea how to deliver a solid, correctly thrown punch in a brawl, which nearly always results in undignified scrabbling around on the ground.

I'm fully in agreement with the writer who said that well known boxers should get involved in the political process after retiring with lots of money, to "give back" to the nation, and try to be a good influence on the sometimes sordid political scene.

Secondly, i find it quite surprising that Vitali didn`t hit anyone! I remember his interviews after he started his political career! He was furious with the politics were saying him, and once he actually said that he wished to punch some of them!

How tall is the average Ukrainian? He didn't look that big in there. Also who was he trying to punch and why was he pushing?
