Prince Patel has to be up there.

Some of the Thai fighters too, there was one Rigo fought who was like 60-2, hadn’t beat anyone, Rigo iced him inside a round. I believe Ponce De Leon also beat him inside 1.

Ali Raymi and Chris Lovejoy also deserve a mention.

BoxRec: Chris Davies this guy is 17-0, all his opponents have losing records. His last opponent was 3-20, his next opponent is 4-95.

Maybe the plan is to stay at that level until randomly being named IBF mandatory. Could work.

It happens. These guys generally get exposed sooner or later. It usually happens before they face an ok opponent, but sometimes the promoters parlay the record into a cash out fight against someone who is actually good.

That's when you see the KO1 or KO2 on their record. LOL.

I was thinking about historicaally when boxing was controlled by the mob, there were a lot of fixed fights and shady stuff going on. Now, they just match guys easy.

Guys like Primo Carnera who they told opponents not to hit him in the chin too hard. Of course, some guys couldn't be bought such as Max Baer who knocked him down 11 times.

A lot of ATG fighters fought through dozens of mismatches as stay-busy fights to earn a check in between big fights. They weren't trying to pad their record so much as earn a paycheck and stay in fighting shape. Robinson, Moore, Pep, while in their prime were fighting a lot of novices and no-hopers in between title fights. Back when there were a lot more live local venues.

I always thought Hopkins did a fair amount of padding while he was chasing Monzon's title defense record at middleweight. Sven Ottke's entire career was padded.

I wonder what nationality this guy is.

I'm not even going to check. Waste of time

Now there's other names sprinkled in there but he once had a 4 fight streak with his opponent's combined record was 0-1-0.

                    Of all time, Archie Moore 186 - 23 (7 GKTFO) - 10 D; 132 ko's
                    Modern time, Buck Smith 179 - 20 (9 GKTFO) - 2 - 25 NC; 120 ko's

I'd say JCC is the most famous modern fighter with a dubious resume.
