  • Teo vs Pitbull

So Teo calls out Cruz after his fight with Claggett
I think Cruz would give him a tough and painful fight if it were to happen
I don’t think the fight gets made cause of the co-promotion that would be ; Prime vs Espn
Also , I think this fight would further more expose Teo’s problems with pressure fighters

To be fair, Teo has trouble with other styles as well. He was countered by Kambosos, outboxed by a southpaw in Martin, and in my opinion Cleggett did a lot better than the announcers seen it.

I really tried to like Teofimo but I can't see him beating anyone equal to his prime.

      Yeah your right
Seems to have more than one problem
Just figured I’d mention what Cruz does so well in there
And I gotta agree with you , I think he’s convinced himself that he’s this great fighter but not close to anyone equal to his prime
People mentioning he should move up but not sure that is even close to being the right answer

I think Cruz would overwhelm him

id be supporting cruz in that one, teos ego is the size of the moon & him and his fans always seem to have some handy excuse explaining away a poor performance, a loss or a generous decision even

Yeah I’d favour Cruz and nice to see
It would be intriguing first few rounds and I would only give Teo that probability if he could catch the Pitbull early
              Then it’ll be all Cruz

Proof that great minds are in the same gutter!

It's true as far as I can see. I'm also prejudiced because I have to be very fond of cruz... Lopez is big for the weight. But cruz makes things happen in the ring with his pressure. I think he breaks Lopez down and wins fairly easily actually.

Cruz could prove to be a handful for Teofimo. The problem with Cruz is that he's offensively limited. He rarely throws straight punches due to his height/reach, so he can become a bit predictable. Teofimo should be able to line Cruz up for counters, but I think Teo's utilization of his jab will be integral to winning. If he thinks he's gonna slug it out and succesfully trade hooks with a hooker, he's gonna get battered.

It wouldn’t surprise me at all
His only chance , Lopez that is , would be early meaning first few rounds where power is fresh
