We need to define the world "schooled"

"schooled" to me is like Mayweather vs Gatti or Calzaghe vs Lacy

But I see the term thrown around all the time now, such as "Usyk schooled fury"

Go watch Calzaghe vs Lacy then watch Usyk Vs Fury, they aren't comparable at all.

One was 12-0 one guy got battered and the other guy barely took a punch.

The other was 7-5, both took damage but the winner shaded it by a knockdown round and one extra round

They can't both be schoolings can they? There can only be one definition for schooling so which is it.

Gave up 5 inches, 50lbs and gave a boxing lesson after months of being screamed at on how he was an ugly middleweight runner.

Schooled is apt. Unless you want to go with "Humbled" instead?

I agree, that said, the misinterpretation definition isn't the problem. ST-UPID people are the problem. You know, the ones that think they’re smarter than 99% of people. Their everywhere. Happens now cause of participation trophy's. Everyone thinks they’re equally talented as everyone else around them. We all know thats bullsheeit but the Tard’s run the world.

It's all relative. Like, was your mom all right last night? She was ok, but she wasn't anything special.

It's inflation of words. Ppl go only to top shelf for words nowadays.

Mayweather and Bivol schooled canelo. Easy point of reference.

                    Mayweather schooled many greats

                    manny
                    Mosley
                    Marquez

                    About 8-4 is the cutoff

If opponent wins 3 rounds or less, he probably got schooled

it’s competitive when the opponent is good enough to win 4 rounds
