joshua never quit. i see some people on here saying that but its not true. he had no legs for 5 rounds against ruiz and never quit. he got knocked down 4 times even though nothing clean was even landing he just had no legs, and he always got back up. he nodded to the ref that he was ready to continue and the ref waved it off, how is that quitting? the ref even said “He wasn’t quitting, he’s looking for more time. "I don’t think in any sense he was quitting the fight"

He quit. Deliberately Not responding to the ref is a passive form of quitting. Even the announcer said “he wants out” at the end. It was an obvious quit job.

Froch had an iron-clad resume and never took a knee or quit. AJ has a very good resume, but will always be remembered as the guy who quit on his feet against Mexican-American Michelin Man as a 9:1 favorite in MSG.

Froch is the ultimate "can dish it out but can't take it" merchant and has always been highly insecure and passive-aggressive. He's been slagging off Joshua for ages now, did several segments on Talksport saying he's washed up, got no legacy, will only be remembered for "losing to the fat kid from Mexico." Sorry but there's being honest and there's being an obnoxious prick, and Froch is very much the latter.

You would think Froch retired undefeated the way he goes in hard on every little detail of other fighter's careers and pedestalizes his own, not a guy who lost to Kessler, Ward, Dirrell (and he did lose), was seconds from losing to Jermain Taylor, was saved/helped by the ref against Groves and barely squeaked by an old washed-up Glen Johnson. All in all he had a good career but it was far from flawless, so maybe someone ought to remind him of that saying about stones and glass houses.

Up to a point Froch was a guy who fought everyone. End of his career though he was trying to duck George Groves.

Frcoh was not as a good a *boxer* as AJ though. Carl had an iron chin. If AJ got hit as much as Froch did, he would have about 8-10 losses by now

Froch throws worse temper tantrums than AJ - look at him now, all over the place calling AJ names. (there's been a lot more videos + interviews). If he is so tough - why did he do nothing real?? Showing a private whatsapp conversation is a very female thing to do. It's what you do, when you can't do anything else...

And Froch basically said Andre Ward wouldn't fight properly and that's why he lost. Lame! At least AJ rematched the guy he got outclassed by and tried again... But I do respect Froch as a fighter. All smart champions have rematch clauses you idiot. You'd be dumb to organize a fight without one - you'd lose your belts and not get a chance to fight for them again straight away.

Andre Ward kept saying to Froch he should try again after he beat up Froch but Froch wasn't interested.
