True players donate anonymously and perform good works in the shadows.

    Actions speak louder than words.

PR stunt made to look good. He should be helping his black brothers in London instead he's down with the UK Gov, Royal family and the B.B.C (British Broadcasting Corporation) who are pro you-know-what.

Maybe, it will help get other successful boxers involved.

This is all a trap to amend his relationship with his rival Lennox and get him to sign on the dotted line for his retirement home plan, then when the time comes AJ and Hearn will have him wheeled off to shutter island where he will get fed cabbage in a straight jacket for the rest of his days.

I agree 99% of the time donors should stay anonymous because it makes it more about them than the charity itself. Hey! Look at me!

I can give Joshua a mulligan on this one because maybe he can be the leader in getting this thing rolling full steam ahead. Other boxers, promoters & anyone involved in the sport could follow suit. I at least hope that happens as there is no shortage of ex-boxers who fell on hard times.

Not in this case. This effort needs big names behind it and Anthony may have just given it the impetus it needs to finally kickstart this meaningful charity. His actions will speak.

Good to see AJ stepping up to the plate. Hopefully other big names in boxing will follow.

It was made quite clear that this organization was struggling, flailing badly, in terms of getting exposure and big name figures to help it gain much needed momentum. So I commend Antony Joshua for using his considerable stature to aid a worthy cause. If he doesn't make his presence known then HOW do you attract other notable fighter's to this endeavor?? This is just plain commin sense. Its only called an act, tooting your on horn etc.....because you have those who want to slag off the man and find the most cynical, ignorant and nonsensical things they can pull out of their arses just to be seen and heard. Good measure to Joshua for lending his support to a worthy cause, something im sure SERIOUS and mature enthusiasts of the sport recognize and respect.

It's unfortunate that we have folks like you who are always negative about others, especially successful people, but have never contributed to anything meaningful in the society. Stop being an envious wreck and applaud those who have earned their spot and try to reach out to others who are less fortunate.
