Hard to disagree. I think what was strange to me was the "settlement", that's complete BS, he should have been forced to answer questions under oath, and face justice. Did Margarito get a chance to negotiate ahead of his hearing? How about Mike Tyson? Then to give him a year? Think about not only the cheating, but his mockery of the sport in general. A 2 year ban would have been much more appropriate.

A one year suspension is bull**** (it's no deterrent at all), most top level fighters only fight once a year, so whats the point of a one year suspension?
1. Ban PED cheats! 2. Ban incompetent judges! 3. Ban biased referee's! 4. Ban the corrupt boxing organizations!
Clean up boxing once, and for all, boxers put in their blood, sweat, and tears, risking their lives in the hopes of trying to get ahead.
They don't need anyone else coming along, using them like pawns in a chess game, and ruining their health, lives, or careers
