I will be pulling for Regis but I'm not sure he has much of a chance on this one. Should be a nice purse and from what I have read, he's managed his winnings pretty wisely. He's always been about maximizing his revenue but he's always willing to throw down and entertain the masses.

We're used to seeing boxers maneuver around match-ups that are dangerous or disadvantageous, but Prograis understands that he doesn't have the privilege to let opportunities pass him by. He's never been the crown ***el of any network or promotion, so he isn't used to being protected. He has a road warrior's mentality. This is the last fight of his current contract, so he knows he can't afford to be choosey....especially given his last two performances. It's another notable match-up against a high-ranked contender and a victory puts him right back into title contention. Most importantly, he enters free agency as a hot commodity.

The fact that Catteral is fighting Prograis because his name still has value doesn't change the fact that Prograis' value has gone down and that this is the biggest money fight he can get right now.

I thought he beat Taylor, but was Taylor ever truly a great fighter on a Top 10 P4P list? Catterall should be fighting for the IBF title against Paro next, not killing time with a has-been like Prograis.
