I won't attack Tank or bad mouth his antics, he is a force of nature, but I will back everybody he faces. I like the underdog and so far Tank isn't taking any chances. Loma will be grey headed by the time Tank is ready and Inoue is years away. Tank will fight Jose Garbanzo Bean next on PPV.

Finally managed to watch this one. I will say it was pretty impressive hearing his corner tell him that they needed to win all the next rounds after 6, and watching him turn it up, shut Martin's offense completely down in 7, and then shut Martin himself down in 8. That power is a great equalizer, at least against the tier of opposition he's had so far. He got hit a lot though, maybe because he didn't care at all about what was coming back at him. I don't think he'd stand much of a chance against prime Loma, but current Loma, maybe. That's an interesting clash of styles. Shakur v Tank would probably break the record for fewest punches thrown in a 12 Rd fight again, if Shakur was so wary of De Los Santos' power...

this guy is like one of those tesla pumpers who tell you to buy the stock when its down 50 percent then you later find out through sec filings that oh wait tesla is literally paying them to pump the stock. i mean i hope hes getting paid for the blatant fanboyism he is displaying, possibly just sucking up because he wants to schmooze in the industry. tank has mike tyson power because he knocked out martin who has never fought anyone...hmmm ok. tyson power because he knocks out drained guys and teeny tiny guys moving up? its pretty hard to knock out top guys. thats why it doesnt happen too often. "its ok if tank drops a bunch of rounds to guys like martin, cruz, barrios, etc...its his plan! yeah yeah it was wilders plan too....Last edited by daggum; 06-22-2024, 06:34 PM.

Man, there are so many tremendous fight for Tank to take at this point but am not sure he or his handler will take them until they are very safe.
Just imagine Tank v Loma (better late than never), Tank v Shakur, Tank v Teo all happening in the span of the next two years. That will be a tremendous run.
The boy is talented no doubt but how can you put him high up when he isn’t fighting elite level competition readily available to him. I still remember how bent out of shape he got when Floyd brought up the notion of him fighting Loma like 5 years ago. That’s when I knew we were in store for this level of matchmaking.
