  • Comments Thread For: "Fighting Words" -- Ryan Garcia: Sound and Fury, Signifying Nothing

For all of the talking and tweeting. For all of the explanations and excuses. For all of the accusations that sought to deflect the blame and change the narrative. For all of that to end with Ryan Garcia settling his case with the New York State Athletic Commission -- to accept a one-year suspension, a seven-figure penalty, and his victory over Devin Haney being overturned -- and still spend the immediate aftermath proclaiming his innocence and arguing persecution.

The train wreak this kid has become has much to do with his parents who are mooching off him. Ryan the the patent in the house now.

When Ryan needed guidelines, discipline, responsibility, and structure, his parents let him do whatever he wanted. Now they have a child who’s way out of control and quite possibly won’t make it to his 30’s.

Instead of living off him, and mooching off him, wake the *** up and act like parents and get this kid some much needed help before you have to put him 6 feet under.

The only unforgivable act was what Haney wore in the ring ; his dad's cutoff sweats and mum's ugg boots.

He deserved a beat down just for that !

I hope that was ironic but I have a horrible feeling it wasn't. Irony hasn't exactly been prevalent on these MBs recently.

Garcia is way too popular, has all the wrong friends and he doesn't need a promoter. The last straw was embarrassing Haney.

Remember that positive steroid test that suddenly no one is talking about? Garcia's urine showed an amount of Ostarine consistent with tainted supplements. Not an an amount consistent with taking it to gain an advantage. He didn't have an advantage. Haney came in same weight and probably a bit heavier. Yet they act like Garcia was a juiced up monster compared to IV Haney.

None of this **** is real. Garcia doesn't play their games and they screwed him. They dropped the steroid positive test bull**** because they didn't want to get caught messing with the tests outright.

                  The sport is a joke.

It is strange that this is clearly not correct English but nor is it any dialect I know. I have no idea what thoughts the poster hoped to convey but can assure him that he did not successfully convey them.
