I don’t think Ryan cheated before this fight but after Tank loss he lost his mind doing recreational drugs and drinking. Its more believable given his erratic behavior that he straight up cheated then to believe a conspiracy theory that was aimed at Ryan. He really isn’t that important yet for VADA to risk it and lets not forget that he has big backers himself.

Haney was a chinny, Ruiz-esque hugger who some thought was "P4P" based on an overhyped unbeaten record against significantly outweighed opponents. Then a few hooks from Garcia dented his already questionable chin and had him breakdancing in the ring, while swelling his face up to near Martin/Hearns status. No matter what a corrupt NY "commission" says, Garcia remains a far bigger draw, and more exciting fighter than the Haney traveling clown show.
