I hate that POS, but he has star power. Mayweather had it, De La Hoya had it, Mike Tyson had it and so on, but what current boxer do yall see taking that position?

He named Floyd Oscar Tyson; those are different level stars from those you mentioned; lots will make an AJ Fury Ursk. Tank is only a fight or two away from that, but Floyd Oscar and Tyson and also Ali and SSR are on another level again; probably, Ali stands alone in that regard; they weren't just world champs loved/hated they transcended boxing in a polarising way.

I don't really see a guy right now, but it doesn't take much to flip the script, fame can happen pretty much overnight and it skyrockets just need to be holding the right cards at the right time, fans are sheep they follow trends en masse, they once called it following the pied piper, today its called hype.

Usyk and Fury are not global stars lol they could walk down streets outside of their home country and not be bothered.
