Its not because he is now old enough, its because of the meshing of a number of things, he thinks he can beat him he has matured as a fighter and Loma is still really really good, to fight him years ago may have been premature from Davis's connections assessment , this cross over happens in just about every era where the older lions meet the younger lions why do people need to sht on the fight, its a dam good fight, this and or Teo or Shakur are all good fights Im happy with any of them.

Basically true. It will always be part of boxing. Yeah, it did feel like Mayweather aged-out Pac by taking so long to make that fight but we control what we can control, and what we can't we have to decide if it's worth carrying the aggravation. If Tank beats Loma, he’s just doing what Lopez, Salido and Haney have already done. I’d rather see Tank and Teo fight.

Tank should fight both of them PLUS Shakur, win or lose.

Tank wins this. Lomanchenko didn't even look special against Luke Campbell and he had no power. Loma never looked good again once he moved up in weight.

Tank vs. Shakur is the best fight at Lightweight! Shakur is a younger Champion, and undefeated! Loma has already lost to Teo and Devin! So predictable that the usual suspects just rant about the age. And then those same folks bring up Mayweather so we can clearly see what the patterns and motivations are here with the said “haters.” Loma just beat the brakes off the Greek feller in his backyard, stopping him in Australia, something none of his other competition could do.
And as others have pointed out, Mayweather was older than pac, Mayweather was 36 when he fought Canelo, Crawford was 36 when he fought Spence etc etc. If tank wasn’t trying to fight loma these same pointy head bedsheet wearers would be hating on tank for NOT fighting him. This not exactly what people want but it's a good fight if he and Shakur are next, We have all seen Lomachenko in trouble by people who hit nothing like Tank and he's now older coming off a good win over a basic ass fighter that was ok. I believe that Tank will workout with good counter punchers and movers so he can anticipate the aged Loma this version and if he doesn't look great and destroy him and get him outta there or possibly lose for some ungodly reason, the things that will be said then about Tank, so there's a lot riding on this fight and it's not just victory, but the fashion in how you get it!
