Read the very article you are commenting on:

”Scull, 22-0 (9 KOs), is the leading contender at 168 pounds according to the IBF and it is that organization's 'turn' to enforce their mandatory on the undisputed champion.”

I think it’s a step aside deal .Looking like Benavidez in September . Will Canelo get credit for koing a “hurt” fighter ?

His reign has only had two mando defenses WBC Yildrim and WBO Ryder. IBF & WBA are up, and most thought it would be Berlanga (WBA) , but it sounds like Scull got pushed to the front cause Morrell moved up and Scull has been mando for 2 years.

That dam fool risk-taker Canelo, he's gonna kill himself....Canelo is going after William Scull.

            Yup, that Will Scull!

Sure it's suicide but Canelo does it because it's the fight the fans need!

            Viva Mexico my friend!

There was a report that he was “set to vacate” and then everyone ran with it and said he had already vacated which was never confirmed.

Ok I'm still very sceptical its true, Too much of a co incidence that after all this time the two mandatories he has to fight have been 2 cans and the 2 toughest opponents have to wait literally 3-4 years.

If it's not a step aside deal then I almost hope that Scull takes a giant shlt in the punchbowl and beats the absolute stank dogshlt out of Canelo , except that Canelo losing would cost Benavidez the shot that he earned and deserves.
