Hearn has a lifeline in Paro after signing Mathis to a big contract. DAZN isn’t happy with Hearn and Matchroom and is now signing other Promiter. Finally, DAZN had figured out that exclusive TV deals is a disaster. Soon, Amazon will hopefully figure that out too after signing another dumb deal with PBC. These network exec’s just don’t learn from the mistake of HBO and Showtime who are now out of boxing because of ****** exclusive deals.

Even tho I'm a PBC fanboy I gotta agree with this. The networks need more than one promoter. Again I would love to see PBC and TR on the same network

Really wanted Teofimo to take out Matias, but oh well. Liam Paro is about the most basic, cotton fisted champion I've seen in a good while. That was an epicly poor performance from Matias. He's going to have a hard time working his way back up to a big fight. He can be outboxed quite easily, but his reputation as as a tough and relentless puncher will hurt his opportunities going forward. I'm convinced that champions should just avoid homecoming fights.

I think that’s an excellent idea. It may one day come to all of them on dazn. Pbc is a fine promotion and they really are putting on the majority of blockbuster fights in the usa and appear to be on a course with working closer with the Saudis but you really need the contender level fights. You need the Tuesday Night Fights, the Friday Night Fights, the Saturday morning Wide World of Sports fights. You need to see up and comers fighting other up and comers in barn burners for the sport to grow and it doesn’t seem that we will get that level on Amazon and you’re not getting it through matchroom either. Top Rank and PBC would put the majority of American talent under one banner and I’d love to see it.
