Whittaker is super talented. There is going to be a ton of haters like there is for every good fighter, but he 100 percent has p4p ability. I’d like them to keep stepping him up, Dimitry Bivol is actually a great style matchup for him, because he’d have the space to use his reflexes and box against Bivol.

He has a lot of star potential with that style and being from the UK, hopefully he turns out to be the real deal as he goes up the levels.

I'm not sold on this lad at all. I think hes going to get into a lot of trouble with the way he fights stepping up.

He is impressive and skillful and could win a world title. Not saying ready for Beterbiev and Bivol yet, but he's not far away.

He needs to set down on his punches a bit more, because he could've knocked out the Nigerian.

Whitaker is becoming Must See TV. He should have gone for the stoppage yesterday , but it was still a fun fight . He brings excitement to the ring for sure , he just has to work on sitting down on his punches more often. If he starts knocking guys out regularly , he'll make a boatload of money in the U.K. Half of the people will love him and half will hate him. Either way , they'll pay to see him fight.

Top notch speed & skills, though sometimes barely watchable with his antics in the ring.
If he took the energy he spends showboating and applied it to effectively taking out his opponents we'd have something there.

His twerking around like Wilder after a KO during lopsided decisions, when he isn't even stopping less talented opponents makes me think he'll get cracked & shattered against higher level competition.

Ben Whitaker is going to get found out once he steps up. He should enjoy the little spotlight he gets now as long as it lasts because they will destroy him at elite level. He lacks power and won't be respected by the top guys.

                    Well said
Another overhyped guy who nuthuggers mention with the other top light heavyweights
He shouldn’t be mentioned with the likes of Beterbiev or Bivol
