He may last longer than 5 but I agree with you I don’t see him beating either.

It’s not even a case of wrong weight class, 175 is easier to make for Benavidez. He looks like a skeleton at 168 now. The real reason is basically the same as Haney at 140 and eventually 147: They’re his own size.

Benavidez was 189lbs on fight night, you really think Bivol is bigger than that in the ring? He weighed 183lbs vs Canelo. He’s not that big.

The reason 175 is all wrong for Benavidez is because those guys are closer to his size, height, and reach, and they could take his punches due to being around the same size.

Benavidez will always look like a “monster” vs smaller, weaker fighters. Bivol beats the brakes out of DB simply because they’re similar in size and Bivol is more skilled.

yarde has more power than david, david cant bust a g****.

and what you call "going life and death" is a high pressure fight with exchanges. so in a high pressure fight with exchanges, you see david coming out on top with beterbiev of all people? lmao that will go well for sure.

Some of what you say is true, but I’d still like to see what Benavidez looks like at 175 lbs with two healthy hands.

Me too. I want him against Bivol and Beterbiev.

But he is not confident enough. Which means, if you don't believe, you can't make it

He seems pretty confident when it comes to Bivol. Based on what happened during their previous sparring sessions.
