He could barely crack an egg after destroying De La Hoya, Hatton, and Cotton. Hmmm, very strange

He didn't knock out De La Hoya, more like Hoya was dehydrated and couldn't pull the trigger anymore, hence retirement immediately. Hatton is very chinny due to always blowing up and coming down in weight. Cotto was weight-drained and unhealed from Clottey's fight and never had a trainer for the fight. Manny was oversold to fans.

To say he could barely crack and egg is just not true because he dropped and badly hurt basically everyone he ever fought post Cotto excluding Mayweather who he didn’t drop but did hurt multiple times and Margarito who he beat the living hell out of.

Pacquaio was never a one punch KO guy (outside of the Hatton fight)

He was clearly a VERY hard puncher though, due to his speed and explosiveness mostly. If Pacquaio hit you, the fighter clearly knew about it.

Oh come on the standards for Pac must be that high that you are having these discussions, how old was Pac after Cotto? And all big guys hes fighting. How did even enter someones mind that this might be worthy of analyzing?

manny’s power was overstated at welterweight

          he wasn’t a knockout artist at 147 let alone a 1pko guy

No, not at all. Remember your KO ratio declines as you start fighting bigger guys and you start to age. Let's not forget we are talking a guy who fought as fly weight. Pacquiao was really small for the division.

Both Floyd and Manny came up the same amount of weight in the same amount of years. Floyd actually had a higher KO percentage from 140 and up, yet haters talked about Manny having KO power coming up from 107 and accusing him of PED use. Manny was a small welter and beating guys who outweighed him by 15-25 pounds on fight night.
