I dont get why sooooo many people dont seem to understand the point the TS was making, Its pretty obvious that promoters like Top rank, Golden boy are exploiting and putting boxers who are from latino heritage on the spot by having them acknowledge "their" when they would normally wouldnt or when they dont they want to.

I have seen alot of Filipino boxers trying to do they samething as well, Its a market that boxers like to exploit nowdays......Victor ortiz is a great example.

      thank you!

i was not attacking race or nationality, i was attacking a certain kind of person!

but some of these idiots think that Top Rank puts on "latin fury" & the new found "pinoy power" all for fun? some of these idiots think that fights are held on mexican holidays for fun? there is a good mexican or mexican-american kid and promoters are on the scout like no tomorrow for a reason.

As my good friend Kobe once said, "Don't hate the player, hate the game."

Most boxing fans tend to support fighter's of their own nationality. It seems logical that there would be marketing campaigns aimed at this, no matter how petty they are.

          So, who are these guys?
i thought i already told you? you got me you win buddy. you never answered my question clearly.

and stfu already. point is that mexicans are the most exploited fan base in boxing you dumb *****. open your mind a little will ya. you see fights taking place on 5 de mayo weekend or mexican independance day all the time. bob arum is the leader in this exploitation. his "mexicans for manny" campaign was one example. line up all the big name mexican fighters in his stable and side them all with manny, try and help the cash flow a little ya know?

lol at you knowing these boxers personally to judge them on how they advertise themselves.

I'm deeply proud of my culture why wouldn't I claim my roots?
