"I haven't been in the ring in like 14 months," said Gervonta Davis ahead of Saturday's WBA lightweight title defense against Frank Martin. "Me being out of the ring for so long, I don't know how I'll feel going into the ring again.

You're right you didn't belong in jail, but you broke the rules of you're house arrest. I think Davis wins, but Martin will give him a good fight.

That's the problem Gervonta, you were exactly where you were supposed to be, but you didn't think so.
You don't think that being in a hit, and run automobile, and injuring a pregnant women, or anyone else should require you to face justice.
It's that same type that mentality that has caused you to have legal problems. It's the same mentality that find you in legal problems in the future.

Tank's explosive punch will probably be the difference in this fight--as usual. Frank is tough so it should be a good one.

Knowing that it is not just about you is a great first step. Hopefully he cleans his life up and can be a very positive influence on others.
I am really excited to see what Frank brings to the table. He is up against a dude with a HAMMER in his fists!

we will see about that "hammer" when he steps up to top guys. Wilder had the "hammer" at this level of competition as well. but...

He should STILL be in jail. He got off easy on his hit and run and didn't even get punished for his multiple assaults on women. One of the worst human beings in all of boxing.
