Barboza has been screaming for a title shot with Teo for at least two years.. Top Rank runs WBO, hence why Barboza left TR to sign with GBP when he realized TR had no interest in pushing for the fight. Its a bad style matchup for Teo, why they are not seeking to make the fight, risk and reward doesn’t add up.
