Bud is a clever dude, did you ever see that photo of Bud and Usyk playing chess? Bud was kicking his ass best I can tell from what I could make out of the board. Apparently Usyk jokingly swept the pieces off the board when he realised he'd lost.

Bud is a better boxer than Canelo, significantly better, however I'm not sure he's enough better to overcome the size difference - could easily be 10+Lbs on the night. And if Bud does go for size it's unclear how it might effect his speed and stamina in the ring.

It's a risk but if he could pull it off massive legacy return, and I'm sure the financial rewards wouldn't be too bad either...
