There’s the early Broner that killed himself to make lower weights to fight smaller guys that his power made a difference.
Then there’s the guy who tried to move up and realized his power did t translate past 140 and got dropped and sonned by Maidana.
Then there’s the current version whose personal issues and lack of discipline have made him a gatekeeper. Every few years he pops up and says this time will be different and how he’s matured then he loses and goes away for a while.
One thing for sure is that the Saudis, Matchroom, GBP, Top Rank and everyone else was taking notes last night. How can anyone hope to keep up with the production value of that show?
