    rather see him rematch dubois

what is the point to go to cruiserweight, he was already undisputed there. what would he do there next year, fight Opetaia? that guy just isnt that good, he got battered around by a geriatric Briedis, Usyk already beat a prime Briedis.

This mafk won the WBSS by beating several killers in a row & if he drops back down, I'm fighting him lol.

Exactly. He should either hang them up now or after the Fury rematch. There's nothing else out there for him and I can imagine his motivation has dropped now that he's achieved it all.

If he goes back to cruiser it is better for his health plus he avoids serving the army like his fellow country men by staying active in boxing. Usyk not dumb.

I never buy PPV fights but I'd pay to see that one

If Usyk goes go CW and Beterbiev unified at LHW I can expect both of them to meet at CW

Beterbiev wanted it years ago but Eddie Hearn didn't respond and Beterbiev signed with Top Rank instead. This was around about 2018 when Artur stopped Callum Johnson.

I saw an interview this week where Usyk said (out of all the HWs he has faced) that he found Chisora hard to deal with. You know that is really because of the size difference and Chisora's aggressive style. When someone with an elite chin, big size and huge punching power comes up against Uysk - it's going to be very hard for him to deal with. After the 2nd AJ fight I remember he said he was struggling to recover from some of the punches he took.

I def think he should drop down to CW. People seem to think that fighters don't enjoy boxing. He might come up short but he will enjoy trying. I will say though he's getting older and any speed loss at HW level won't be a big deal but it could be at CW.

In the RJ comparison - we should also remember that Roy Jones fought John Ruiz who was hardly the best HW out there

Why should he rematch a guy who quit in their first encounter?

But why then is he requesting IBF for an exception when he's planning to drop all the belts and move down to cruiserweight? I hate it when champions deliberately preventing other contenders to have their shot at the championship. Usyk should honour his IBF mandatory obligation or vacate the belt.
