How does a boxer fail an eye exam. The opponent face and punches appear as blurred?

It could be his vision is too poor to defend himself or it could be that his physical eye health is at risk (such as a detached retina or a damaged cornea) and fighting might cause blindness or loss of the eye altogether. We don't have enough information to know why he failed the test, just that he failed it.

Sure sure sure … Ortiz left the 147 division to duck Boots.
He left the division because he couldn't make the weight without giving himself rhabdo.

Great now boots could fight a real threat like barrios or Keith Thurman..I don't like my intelligence tested, they really tried to parade a one eyes fighter around like this is some big test for both...

Boots had scared match making since Karen...

If you are telling us Ortiz is challenging himself by fighting Tim but Crawford is somehow ducking Bud and Spence, we might as well say the same thing about Ortiz.

No, what I’m telling you is that Ortiz was challenging himself more by fighting Tim Tszyu than Boots was by fighting Crowley.

You are suggesting Boots is not up to task in taking on challenges. He has tried to fight Bud and Spence but those two unifying denied him a fight and then Bud moved up.
That’s like saying Crawford is challenging himself by fighting Madrinov.
There is no one that can beat Boots at 147 and without belts, Boots has no leverage whatsoever. So he has to stay at 147 and unify the division.
