  • Is Deontay Wilder being 'finished' all part of a long term storyline?

As we all know the last two fights were not the real Deontay Wilder, that man has only lost to Fury, but is it part of a storyline to seemingly end Wilder, only to have him return with a new mindset and trainer down the line and beat Usyk, Fury, and Joshua?

You see, Wilder coming back and doing this now, after these two losses as part of a storyline, makes thing ten times more surprising, thus, ten times bigger.

He creates a documentary series in his comeback, while he rediscovers how to land his killer blow again, like a real, boxing version of the Iron Fist, throw in some family drama, and his mental state after being written off.

He starts sleeping in a cage full of bulldogs to rediscover his animal instinct, and becomes part of the pack, and considers one of the dogs his assistant trainer under his Coach, TBE Mayweather.

He discovers the animal inside and rebrands himself as Deontay 'the Animal' Wilder. He goes around doing wild things like stealing a car from Tyson Fury, breaking into Anthony Joshua's house and takes the Caps lock key from his laptop.

He becomes better than ever, and beats them all before retiring as the undisputed best ever. Is this the way they are going with this? Are we being tricked with Wilder's losses? It seems the logical solution.

This is a great storyline ahead, so let's all buckle in, and enjoy the ride. One name. One face - Animal Wilder. Nash out

He could reinvent himself by fighting at Bridgerweight. There he could wait for guys like Jai Opetaia and Gilberto Ramirez. He needs to stop fighting HW’s while weighing 213-215lbs. He doesn’t have the skills to overcome the size disadvantage.
