My take is that this is just public relations from Garcia's team. The conspiracy angle didn't work so now they're going with this.

this is the thing, at first the blame was conte and bill haney tainting the test due to them being affiliated with vada (conte), then the illuminati did it because of tru.mp, then he claimed all he took was ashwagandha and no other supplements, then the hair follicle test proved he had nothing in system, now these tests are proving he did indeed pop dirty; but it was because of tainted supplements... they send the supplements RYAN took and they tested positive for the banned substance, so this is why he was dirty correct?... pretty much this will all lead to a slap on the wrist
