Oscar came down from 160, no comparison to this fight. Martinez was old and both knees were damage/ injury. Well make sure you bet if Crawford fights Canelo. It will be easier than the Charlo fight. You are still impressed by Crawford beating a WEIGHT drain, one eye Zombie coming out of a year lay off. Crawford might be more skill than Canelo but he doesn’t have the power to hurt Canelo and doesn't have the punch resistance to handle Canelo's power.

The Saudis will put a boatload of money and both will take the fight if offered. Too much money to let pass by. It has the impression that it is a mismatch so Canelo would take it and Crawford has always been looking to get paid big.

crawford more to gain than canelo. i don’t think this is a wise move for canelo. i think rematching bivol or finally fighting benavidez would be more significant.

Once bud steps up a few more divisions still unbeaten. Then Nel o will want bud. All the unbeaten fighters Nel o best adds up and counts

Off the top of my head,Oscar was coming back down to 147 after a long time, and did not make the weight well. Klit was a couple months away from 40,and fury was moving for 12 rounds, and not engaging like in the sky fight. Martinez was wearing a knee brace during the fight, and couldn't even run during the training camp due to knee injuries. And there's a reason why Duran was called "hands of stone" because he hits damn hard.

Most boxing fans are so easily misguided and fooled. This would be one of Canelo's most easiest fights ever.

In fact, being the "A-side," Canelo can humor the dummies and flex on Crawford by saying "you want to fight, okay, no problem, let's do it at 175 - Light Heavyweight."

So should Canelo take the Saudi money? Of course, it's a no brainer, again it's a very profitable and easy fight for Canelo and the boxing dummies (casual or core) will eat it all up.

Im seeing mixed opinions on this potential super fight, some say bud superior skills are good enough to beat canelo and others are pointing out the weight difference/punch power/resistance would favor canelo ,with both being valid points I just hope the winner gets his credit and not some prepared excuses just because you dont like nor stand x fighter. Either way I dony think it'll happen anytime soon given their fight schedules, lets wait n see how well Bud looks at 154 first before jumping into wild conclusions.

There’s always going to be an excuse for why someone matched up differently but most boxing fans know that your logic is irrational and makes 0 sense. Canelo couldn’t stop a weight drained Chavez jr but others did. Canelo couldn’t stop Ryder when others did. Does that really mean anything? Your logic as to how this match will play out is based on what you hope happens and not on much boxing related knowledge. If canelo found Crawford to be as easy as you think, he’d have taken the fight because the money is there. His logic for not getting credit and being in a lose lose situation is bullshyt because canelo has put himself in multiple lose lost situations whether it was fighting guys from smaller weight classes like Lopez, khan and charlo or fighting c level no hopers like Ryder and munguia. He’s just avoiding the risk that it brings which is what he’s been doing for quite some time now.

And if Crawford were to beat canelo, they’d say canelo had been showing signs of declining for 2 years, was on the wrong side of his career after having 60 plus fights, had knee and hand injuries etc. Bottom line, is triangle logic doesn’t work in boxing like the other guy tried to state, styles make fights and despite being the smaller man, Crawford has the skills to cause canelo a significant problem if they fight. And that’s why canelo is hesitant to take the fight.

Yes I hope it happens and canelo finishes this hype job inside 5 rounds. To be honest, I think that it won`t happen, because Crawford can`t win the title even at 154.
