Comments Thread For: A Reflective Broner Identifies The Sport's Best Fighter As Being Different To The Biggest Star

Junior welterweight Adrien Broner believes Terence Crawford is the pound-for-pound No. 1 fighter in boxing, but his teammate Gervonta Davis is the sport's biggest star.

It´s funny how people still claim Crawford as the best just based on race. He is not the best pound for pound nor is Tank the biggest star, that is Canelo and the best is debatable.

I thought they claimed him the best because he’s undefeated, been the undisputed unified champion in 2 divisions and been Ring Champion in 3 with his last win coming over a consensus top 5 p4p boxer.

This is just Broner’s opinion. You’re very angry and defensive over this.

Broner seems to be in a good place, and if that's true, Blair Cobb is in the wrong place. Broner by KO, namsayn....

Funny you should say that. I have noticed he has really matured. He speaks well, he made some comments about a sparring session with Haney and Davis and I was really proud of him... You could tell he has come a long way.

I can go down the street and ask anyone if they know who tank is and they may or not reply with a "yes". Now, ask anyone who Canelo is and they'll know. Canelo is still the biggest star in boxing IMO, at least in the U.S. and LATAM.
