Did Pac or Foreman have over 300 amateur fights and turn pro just shy of 30? No I guess not

amateur fights are not pro fights. Foreman and pac has had training sessions way more intense than an amateur bout multiple times per pro fight. Use ur brain

head gear and big gloves. 3 rounds.

        not the same

I think I can agree sole based on my experience approaching 40 and my gym workouts. Body is having more injuries than ever. Strength levels are decreasing. Of course, a lot of this can be remedy with supplements, but as a natty daddy for all my life, without the assistance, it's failing apart at a rapid rate.

Although Punch powa may be the last thing to go, father time is relentless, its going to be a fight between a 40 yo fighter coming froma sensible injury against a younger , fresher, injuries free undefeated elite boxer in his prime still, but make no mistake that fact alone would also make it an even more impressive victory if Beterbiev pulls it off.

This fight should have happened 4 years ago. I blame both guys for not being more firm with their promoters to make this fight back then. After Bivol wins, the excuses will be age and injuries.

Before Beterbiev's fight with Joe Smith, ESPN had a two part special on Beterbiev and Smith in training for their fight. The problem with Beterbiev in his training, he uses to much damm weights. It showed him, doing leg lifts with numerous numerous lbs. of weights. At his age, style of fighting, he can do with the heavy weightlifting. He needs to adjust his overall training for a forty year old body.
