How would Roger "Black Mamba" Mayweather fair at 130-140 today?

His nephew Floyd Mayweather Jr would obviously fair quite well considering what he had accomplished. But what about Roger?

Roger L. Mayweather (April 24, 1961 – March 17, 2020) was an American professional boxer who competed from 1981 to 1999 and later on a boxing trainer. He was a two-division world champion, having held the WBA and The Ring super featherweight titles from 1983 to 1984, and the WBC light welterweight title from 1987 to 1989. Additionally he held the IBO light welterweight title in 1994, and the IBO welterweight title from 1994 to 1995.

With a record of 59 wins, 13 losses and 35 wins via the way of knockout. He defeated top contenders and champions such as Samuel Serrano, Rodolfo "Gato" Gonzalez, Rene Arredondo, Harold Brazier, Vinny Pazienza, Terence Alli, Mario Martinez, Kenny Baysmore, Sergio Zambrano, Oscar Bejines, Mauricio Aceves, Livingstone Bramble, Carl Griffith, Johnny Bizzarro, Jorge Alvarado, Benedicto Villablanca, Mitchell Julien, Mike Johnson, Miguel Gonzalez, Mike Mungin, Carlos Miranda and Ruben Munoz Jr.

He also had controversial losses by split decision to Juan Soberanes, Zack Padilla and Darryl Tyson. He also had a competitive bout with Pernell Whitaker, Mayweather was knocked down in round one, but he knocked down Whitaker in round nine. Whitaker won by unanimous decision.

Roger fought Chavez twice, Pazienza, Pernal Whitaker and Kostya Tyszu, somehow I dont thing Roger would shy away from Davis.

You aren't wrong about Davis's skills and Roger's chin, but perhaps Roger's punching power and reach advantage might pose problems to Tank similarly to how Barrios did.

Plus everyone else at lightweight isn't exactly renown for being a hard hitter outside of Gervonta Davis and Edwin De Los Santos. If he can time Whitaker, he could turn the tables and time Stevenson or Haney even if he was losing throughout most of the fight.
