I feel Mr. Plant can't beat the elite in his division unless it's tune-up mandos or vacant title bouts against the same
He is a very good fighter with skills but the longer the fight goes against a capable foe the worse he does.

The skills are definitely there, but since that Canelo payday, he's been really inactive and doesn't fight much at all anymore.

Do you see him being champ again at super middle??

Or, will he revert back to fighting C level competition?
        - - Well, Plant got he Imelda Marcos shoe collection to attend to.

Plant was a baby carrot vs Canelo. He need to be a full sized Rutabaga to be a contender again.

          Good point.

I mean that' s the only way I see Plant becoming champ, is by fighting for a vacant belt against an average fighter

Mostly tho idgaf if he does or not cuz there are a lot of fun fights for him at 168. I'd love to see Morrell vs Plant or Mbilli vs Plant.
            Well said.

Yeah, I feel he will have an underpar fight for a vacant title

Maybe. I think he can beat Berlanga and possibly Morrell. Not sure if Jermall will ever compete again but that would be an interesting match up at 168.

                Very true.
He looks amazing against the Truaxes and Dirrells of the world, but against elite comp. he fades

                  Right.
I still have a question mark over my head on Plant

Of course Berlanga can be beat by Plant.

Plant looks great against tune up fighters. Morrell would be a real test for him.

Seems to me Plant has issues with top elite fighters
