For better or for worse, the IBF always seems to follow their rules, which is more than can be said about the other sanctioning bodies. The problem is that their rankings are always rubbish probably because nobody wants to follow their rules.

Good points all around. People may not know who Scull is but he’s probably much better than Berlanga, who thinks that continuing to say, “I’m Puerto Rican!” over and over again makes him deserving of a title shot against Canelo.

I’ve honestly never even heard of Scull before this, so I have no clue how he compares to Berlanga, but I think both options are jokes. Berlanga is a C- to D+ fighter.
