I saw the kid's picture on Ngannou's FB page. He was splendid. This must be a genuinely heartbreaking experience for Francis.

Almost on top of the world only months ago, and now having to consider his position in life at large. Incredible how quickly things change.

“I was my best self next to him and now I have no clue of who I am. Life is so unfair to hit us where it hurts the most.
“How do you deal with such a thing? How can you live with it?”

As a father of 2, I can totally get this. Take all the time you need to heal, although I don't think you actually heal but learn to live with it. All the strength to him and his family on this tragic loss.

Just crushing. I can’t even begin to imagine. May the Lord bless that child’s soul, and comfort Francis and his family.

It's a very humbling experience. You think you are strong, until tragedy strikes. It's the phone call we all hope never happens. I hope that Francis handles it better than I did at the beginning. It affects everything!

                  Damn, terrible.

Ngannou seems like a stand up guy, R.I.P. to his son.
