Well yes, that is where me and Derek have disagreed in the past.

Sure, the trace amount in Ryan's system isn't beneficial on paper, but the issue is, how do we know it's not that low because the drug is being masked? That is more than possible.

The issue is, and always will be, is we don't know. All we can go off is what's on the test result. Which is, trace amounts.

He's not wrong about Osterine, despite it's benefits, it would be a terribly poor choice of drug to chose from with the options out there. The risk/reward seems like a totally illogical choice. It's similar to Conor Benn's case with Clomid (Which isn't even really a PED in all honesty)

I actually don't think allowing trace amounts is the worst idea, because that would eliminate genuine contamination cases, which does happen. But it wouldn't eradicate the problem either so is there any point?

The drugs and people behind the drugs are always going to be ahead of the testing, that's the issue. It's a very sophisticated field. It's too complex of an issue, way too many constant moving parts with the end of it being WE WILL NEVER KNOW if any of these fighters truly cheated on purpose. Only they do and maybe their team do. Because there's no way to prove it, so even if Garcia is genuinely innocent, no one will ever truly know.

And then, all we have is expert opinion. I've got mine, Derek has his. I'm sure Victor Conte has his. But none of us know, it's just an informed opinion.

The testing process seems to indicate that one can have some amount in the system, like that first drug Ryan was tested for and was cleared, how do they determine these different threshholds for the drugs? Like what amount they determine to be a positive test versus an amount below that? Is it: an amount that would show they had to take in the drug from an artificial source? Or, some amount of the drug that would give an advantage?

And I would imagine one could look at a few of these vids and learn about it oneself, and come to their own POV. That is why these videos are ultimately a good thing, and not something to be threatened by. This Tuber has his POV, others will differ, somewhere in that mix is a reasoned understanding of this substance and what happened. It is a GOOD thing to have different opinions, with the caveat the opinions are logical.

I run into a similar problem all the time... People watch these guys on the tube that simp for views by making blanket statements about martial arts systems. So people get into a mindset that "No wing chun guys know how to fight" "Bujinkan is a scam" and other such things. Luckily? there is enough good information to get people to think. People who have not had their arm bone bruised by an exceptional and stone cold killer Chinese Chunner in San Francisco's China Town lol. Someone must have forgot to give the memo to Francis Fong (below) lol. And regarding the Buj? horrible art for beginners, great art for professionals... At least that is what experience has shown so far.

Nah you're way off on that one.

Derek is exceptional. I'm astounded that has the expertise he has at the age he is.

Derek knows PEDs like the back of his hand, I have spoken with him personally many a time, and he keeps up with me on this topic, in fact if I'm being honest, he's got the better of me on many topics regarding PED's and he's half my age.

I mean, Clenbuterol would have been the way better option, the same drug that Canelo got caught with. That does the same things as Osterine but is way more potent and effective. And has a built in excuse with contaminated meat.

Yes osterine would seem to be a poor choice if trying to max the results, however maybe this could be thought about in a different way too. Canelo has his 'built in excuse' of the tainted meat, maybe cunning ryan is using his own built in excuse, which is, there is no way i would be so dumb to use this substance when it is not the best or most efficient for gains so therefore its much more likely its just contamination because as derek says in the video, no sane guy who knows about sarms would advise this one, therefore its contamination, if he was caught with 'the best one' people might say, ah look definitely cheat here, no excuses, but now he has an excuse

Ryan cheated, period. And yet he's defiant and unapologetic in the face of drug tests that don't lie. He calls VADA complicit and said they set him up. He's a nasty person with no character whatsoever. The length of his ban should reflect that defiant nature and the seriousness of what he was caught with in his system. Keep in mind, he also tested positive for 19-norandrosterone too, and he admitted to coming in heavy on purpose. If he was banned for life, I wouldn't complain one bit, but at minimum, 4 years is fully warranted

How can it be a lifetime ban when the likes of Jarrell Miller and Pascal were not given such bans over much more doping?

Knowingly or unknowingly taking a banned substance, all people remember is that Garcia whooped Haney badly.

Miller was taking a fat loss peptide because he lazy ass could not put in the work to lose weight. Big difference from Ryan who was juiced up with PEDS - like his buddy Jake Paul.
