I think whole drug testing needs to be “Strict Liability” with minimum 2 year ban as the only person who can stop ingesting drugs is the fighter. I never understood why it’s even a discussion.

When he comes in hopped up on dope like that he becomes very dangerous. He can seriously hurt someone.

I am reminded how Paulie Malignaggi said he always suspected that Ryan Garcia was doped up on banned substances even earlier in his career.
