BUMSQUAD !!!!!!!!!!! He didn't have to fight a mandatory 1 ranked contender for 3 years. That's why he beat so many bums. WBC can't save his black ass anymore. Muhahahahaha
Glad to hear Wilder say he's not afraid of death because Zhang is about to crack him open like a fortune cookie. The last time Deontay said he wanted to go out on his shield, he got his wish granted in the Fury trilogy.
cool story and understand your point that he has to promote himself, he has a fight to sell and but up until very recently everyone was saying loudly what a feared puncher he is Even getting mentioned with with the hardest hitters of them all if he showed everyone the youtube brealeaze knockout he wouldn’t have to say a word
Wilder is TALLER than Zhang?? Wow, that kinda changes things imo...
I still can't pick a winner, as i'm a fan of both.
It should be one big jabfest; regardless, it's too bad ill have to work @ fight time.
If its off the charts from the last fight he needs to keep working.
Idek wtf to expect with this fight. Wilder was having an out of body experience vs Parker & Zhang kept glitching on & off vs Parker. Both of these mfers need to be on their way out.
There are very few fights where I could see almost anything happen & this is one of them. I lean Zhang early (1-4), Wilder late (4+), but again no outcome would surprise me here.
Wilder was outboxed and outgunned by Parker and I'm happy for Parker, who's a good dude and is starting to outsmart these older guys. But don't forget how Wilder came back after Fury II and came within a minute or so of beating Fury. I still haven't gained any respect for him after his accusations against Fury, but I wouldn't write him off. And I wouldn't predict Zhang KO 6 because that man fades quick and he did virtually nothing except for one punch after Round 4 against Parker. I'm gonna say Zhang stuns Wilder early but Wilder recovers and wins by KO 8.
His aggression can be off the charts, but his ability to box is still the same. Unless he catches Zhang with the typical big right hand that has bailed him out time and time again, he's getting dominated and possibly stopped himself from a big left hand. Should be a pins and needles type of matchup.
Most of the people commenting are dismissing Wilder completely due to his performance against Parker while ignoring that Zhang looked almost the same against Parker...didn't do anything after the early rounds and wouldn't pull the trigger.
