The fact that I even need to explain that to you means we cant continue this conversation.

Let’s start with standard English proficiency.

YOUR and YOU’RE are two different things.
CAN’T is a word. CANT is something else. Perhaps your comprehension is a result of you fücking children. I mean the correlation can be deduced in the very same logic you deduce nonsense.

These are your words “But to say that somebody who uses ostarine is "full of juice" is a huge overstatement.” - an apologist for Ryan is what you are.
Perhaps you are also an apologist for R. Kelly? I’m sure you’ll have nuances of terms to defend the guy.

Yes, Ryan Garcia you aren't a cheater. Neither is, O.J. Simpson a murderer.

Even if he was acquitted, the evidence is somewhat there. It's quite like how you tested positive on both tests.

Probably not dodgy supplements. Look at someone like Justin Gaitlin. The whole world knows he is a doper. Has been caught and suspended before and is still competing at high level at over 40 years old.

I don’t think he likely cheated before this fight but he made some bad choices and clearly was mentally imbalanced leading up to the fight (self imposed due to mind games). His desperation for validation hurts him.

Even if he gets through this Ryan is mentally disturbed and without help will combust. He needs to step away from boxing and deal with whatever issues he has and drop these instagram clowns / parasites else this is a repeat of a story we have seen before- doesn’t end well.
Or possibly Garcia thought he had cycled through and the test would be negative.

Yup... So you are Ryan, looking for a giant advantage and a good chance of getting away with it. The substance Garcia got nailed with and the amount is illogical. Makes a small difference at best.

This means to me, either he was juicing with a lot more that was not caught, or he was set up. Being that he had another substance in his blood, I am thinking the first scenario above, juicing with more stuff is more likely.

cyclists get busted with trace amounts and are banned, its nearly always trace amount, they must do something

The trace amounts is just a sign its there like a lone footprint days after a big crowd, they say that they can cycle to get the benefit and then when they make weight that reduction in body weight causes trace elements to leech out of fat and this is what they catch in the testing.

                      yes

plus when u take a substance the body starts to break it down, use it and eventually eliminate it, unless u get tested right at the moment of ingestion u are always going to test a lower amount than what was taken and after X amount of time it will be trace amounts and then gone im sure
