A lot of fan bases are like that. They turn a blind eye when one of their own cheats but if someone else cheats who isn't from their country, state, city, town, whatever, they cry foul play. It's typical hypocritical, double standard, bias nonsense that you get in all sports and walks of life in general. National pride tends to win over objectivity in many cases.
