If Usyk begins to decline,it's because of age,not because of the fury fight. Fury did nowhere near enough damage to usyk in order to have any long lasting effects. Fury on the other hand took a significant amount of punishment in the 9th round. How it will affect him moving forward is yet to be seen.

Usyk is good to his word so if Fury wants to run it back he will. But maybe after the rematch they can both feel at ease. Fury and his personality will have all kinds of ways to keep in the limelight and enjoy the crud out his celebrity well past his boxing career. Usyk? One of the best things about Usyk winning is that we're not going to be subjected to Fury claiming to still be lineal champion in his 40s and dropping hints at coming out of retirement. Saying he'd still beat all these young guys with one hand behind his back.

What head punishment did usyk take Saturday …….i would say 3 or 4 heavy uppercuts and mostly shots to the body so no he did not sustain the same damage as fury…..fury was dam near unconscious on his feet and suffered a severe beat down not usyk

He was not as hurt as Fury but was still hurt at times including was hurt by AJ in the 2nd fight yes not knockdown but these punches all do damage, even more so older the fighter is. Look how many boxers you see heavyweights now they might have seen seemed ok late 30s now look at their speech overtime, got worse and not just cause of age it's causes of the punches they've taken.

For Usyk it is a perfect ending, but most boxers never end on that cause it means there is still demand for another fight and people will watch, in this case a big rematch payday on offer. A lot of boxers usually finish on a loss as continue till they not got much left or no decent paydays to be had after age catches up and they look like s*** in their final fights
