He won some rounds convincingly using this style, so he doesn’t need to change it completely. He does need to stop with the showboating nonsense and take the fight 100% seriously though. He also need to make sure he doesn’t go pawing with Tyrannosaurus Rex arms and catch a left hook right in the kisser.

When Fury wins the rematch, none of these haters are gonna be saying anything lol. Fury was dominating half of this fight with relative ease, people act like Usyk went in there and blew him out. If he wins 1 more round and doesn't get knocked down, he wins.Comment

My only problem with that style is that it tends to fatigue him. He fought the same way in Fury/Wilder I and got a Draw and on Saturday he fought the same style against Usyk and lost.
When he fights from a distance he becomes vulnerable. When he is not moving his head or legs; He becomes a stationary target.
To the point where his opponents can get full leverage on their punches.

I still can't believe that Fury lost that fight, when he was in rhythm against Usyk i thought it would only go on for a few more rounds, Usyk looked totally shook and couldn't deal with Fury's awkwardness & skills.
Then Fury decided to take a round off and paid the price. ******!!Comment

well the thing about usyk is that he has AJ and fury fans in a tizzy wondering if the 'best' version of their guys could show up and beat him, well maybe the best versions of their guys did show up and he still beat them, that is the most likely scenario, like it or not, it looks to me that usyk is just a level above, he is an elite guy & AJ and fury are not at that level, they are at the good/very good level & thats the difference, deal with itComment

That certainly contributed to his loss, but give Usyk some credit. Usyk has been the better conditioned athlete thoughout his career. Fury wastes energy moving when he should be using his size. At any point in Fury's career, he would gas against a guy like Usyk.Comment

Man won four rounds, y’all are being far too generous. Seriously, man had a seven inch reach advantage and yall are acting like he didn’t have all the advantages and still got his ass whipped. Man came on during the 3rd, barely won that but you can argue he won 3,4,5,6, what other rounds did he win convincingly, yall want to give him the 12h to to, still leaves Usyk at 7 rounds plus the knock down making it 8-5. And that’s being generous in saying he won all those rounds outright. Man threw a lot and didn’t hit shhhh. I’ll say it again if fury was 6’ 2” we wouldn’t be having any conversations, man has footwork and size and that’s it, skills are trash.Last edited by turnedup; 05-22-2024, 11:00 AM.Comment

Let's see, his career highlights: An watchable fight against Klitschko, fight against flawed Wilder who also lost as soon as he stepped up in competition, average Dillian Whyte, average Chisora, gift win against novice Ngannou and now the one legit boxer in Usyk he's fought, he lost. Yeah Algeri he is one the best heavyweight ever. Give me whatever you are smoking.

I heard Furys sparring partners said Fury was another level? Id not really heard furys actual pro opponents echo that idea. But in the middle rounds against Usyk i was thinking, so this is the fury the sparring partners are talking about. and describing. Fury looked very good and i was thinking Fury will win this if it continues. But from round 8 Fury looked worried?
Fury needs to be focused in the next fight.Comment
