I don’t think he got complacent as much as he was just trying to style out the fact he was getting tired.

Which is understandable, to be getting after 7 rounds of a HW unification and then be looking to obscure that

it was the damage usyk done in the 9th that truly gassed him up not anything before that. For me he got complacent after winning like 4 straight rounds with ease he became unfocused defensively, tried to play around then bammm. Almost got KTFO and was just trying to recover from that from that point on. He won the 12th though imo.

he probably thought usyk was done after round 7. Then came his 2nd wind and the extra gear kicked in. If fury didn’t received too much damage in 8th and 9th. He would have had some fight left in the championship rounds.

Fury had most of things going on for him. The fact the fight got postponed that many times, including the last one help him a lot and didn’t help Usyk. Usyk can be better for sure; I am not sure Tyson can.

I hope Fury gets a better corner no matter who he fights next. Sugar Hill is a cheerleader, not a cornerman. Just like Jordan Maldonado cost Amanda Serrano against Katie Taylor two years ago, Sugar Hill cost Fury in this fight. A good corner tells Fury he needs to sweep the final three rounds after that dreadful ninth.

Perfect analisys. Fury was definitely ahead before the 9th but after the kd he could not afford defending only for three rounds and a half. Then the 12th, I would have had problems to score it...but usyk seemed fresher at that point.

I was actually hoping in a draw and this could have been the case but they wanted to have an undisputed.
