2 was close but clear for Usyk. You gave it to Fury.
3-4 were very close. You gave them both to Fury.

12 was close. You gave it to Fury.

Basically you gave him every round you could possibly make a small case for him... and had him winning by a point. And Usyk had to absolutely batter him for you to give him the round.

So it's not inconceivable that someone could score it for him, but it's massively unlikely that 2 out of 3 would. That's why we have multiple judges and the right decision prevailed.

For what it's worth, Fury does a good job of fooling people - which is a legitimate part of boxing. Every time I watch the fight it gets wider for Usyk but on the night he had me fooled that Usyk's punches weren't damaging him. He pounded at his head and stuck his tongue out but watch it back and you see him stunned as early as the first round. Then again in the second. And it continued untill, after a little rally, Usyk knocked him bandy.

Why are you putting so much weight into Furys reactions? An impactful blow is easy to see regardless of the receivers acting ploys. Head rattling back usually gives it away.

I predicted a fairly easy win for Fury. I was wrong. Usyk won this fight clearly, especially with the 10-8 ninth round. But I will say that several of the rounds were very close. Tyson has a lot of haters on this forum. The bias is evident in the comments on this fight. Props to Oleksandr; he’s a true champion — a legend now, really. But apart from that 9th round, this was a very closely contested affair. No telling who’ll win a rematch. I don’t care what anyone says.

This fight happened too late. Usyk wins the rematch. The feeing I get is that Fury has run out of steam and he doesn't seem to want it as bad as Usyk.

Maybe, maybe not. Muhammad Ali lost to Frazier in their first meeting, and also to Norton the first time. Each fight was closely contested, but Ali won both trilogies. Usyk-Fury was a very close fight, all except the ninth round. Anything can happen in the sequel.

Fury just doesn't have the skills to land his jab against a fighter of this caliber. I don't think it's the jab itself, his jab is good. it's a timing and coordination issue.

                100% spot on.

I was thinking about this earlier today, and another point to add is that had Fury fought Usyk in 2022, Fury probably would have won.

Instead Usyk used both the Joshua rematch and the match with Dubois to get even further acclimated to fighting bigger men in preperation for an eventual Fury clash.

I don't think Tyson can beat this version of Usyk unless Usyk gets drastically old overnight.

That fight was very close. The ninth basically decided it. These are two pretty well-matched fighters. In a rematch, anything can happen. It’s not so simple to predict. One well-placed, solid punch can end it.

my actual nerd scoring on punch impact

                    Usyk - Fury

                    1. .8 - .8
                    2. 1.4 - 2
                    3. 1.7 - 2.1
                    4. 1.9 - 3.2
                    5. 1 - 4.3
                    6. .9 - 4.7
                    7. 2 - 3.4
                    8. 4.3 - 1.6
                    9. 10 - 2.2
                    10. 3.7 - 1,6
                    11. 3.5 - 1.4
                    12. 1.8 - 3.2
Fury should have been knocked out in the 9th round by a middleweight. If not for the referee he would have landed face first on the canvas and curled up like a new born baby girl

or Stumbling against the ropes and doing a audition of the waking dead Zombies is a good indication its nighty night. That referee robbed us of seeing that 6ft 9 frame of Fury hit the canvas
