Gents, wouldn’t they still be liable for taxation in their respective countries, as that is part of their income? I’m not a CPA, but just seems highly likely, unless SA is taxing and not 1099, that the Ty would have tax liability. I could be wrong but I thought during Mike Tyson’s run the Tokyo money made while fighting Buster Douglas were also a problem with the
IRS issue in USA. I could definitely be wrong. I’m just guessing.

How can Briedis have lost this title two years ago, be out of the ring two years and still be in the top 2 to be in a vacant title fight for the same belt??
