Fury 262, Usyk 233, thoughts?

Yep, I think fury is losing this, very concerning. Usyk has bulked up, fury won’t be able to just use his weight on him.

I think usyk is too heavy. He should have stayed 220~ needs to be light on his feet, fast and good stamina. Fury is a tub of lard like alwaysLast edited by Skip Bayless; 05-17-2024, 02:08 PM.

He was 254 against wallin and yet he still couldn’t get away from him….now he is older , has far more mileage , suffered severe cuts and was lucky he wasn’t stopped…walllin was southpaw and so is usyk except usyk is a different galaxy to wallin….make no mistake if fury did pull this off then he is undoubtedly the best heavyweight in the world and I’m from the U.K. and of course I should be rooting for him but he behaves like such a twat it’s difficult to cheer for him.
This by far the best fighter fury has ever faced and I think fury knows it…..you have not seen the best of usyk and I think tomorrow you will see just how good he is.tonysoprano

Might be worth a little bet. Last odds I saw for a draw was 16/1

you should worry more about fury as his weight is always up and down and after so many tough fights soonner or later that catches up with you….against usyk fury stamina will be tested like never before

I have said it will be close but that I favor Fury only because we are not sure which Fury will turn up. If the best or near-best Fury turns up, he will definitely beat Usyk.

Anyway I've never been wrong on a Fury fight yet. I was one of the only members here that laid out exactly how he beats Wlad. Everyone else was saying he gets smoked.
Anyway it's all part of the fun isn't it? You can't sit on the fence. People on here take it way too seriously too.
I just have a laugh, back a fighter, give my opinions and enjoy the back and forth banter with other boxing fans. If Fury wins, great, i was right. If Usyk wins then he wins, he's a great fighter and he'll deserve it.
the reason im picking Usyk is the same reason I picked Canelo. You can look in “the best shape of your life” all you want, but you can’t undo 35 years of boozing, drugs and abuse.
I also thought Saunders was about to “fall off the cliff” before Canelo landed that lucky shot. BJS was jumping into grabs like he always did when he needed a second wind. Had that shot not landed he prob gets stopped 1-2 rounds later.
You cant “part time” your fitness and expect it to not catch up to you. This is why I always point out Beterbiev and Kovalev are the same age lol
