Prime Loma vs. prime Pernell at Lightweight is arguably a 50-50 fight IMO because Lomachenko was also a PHENOMENAL fighter (2 Olympic Golds, 2 World Championship Golds etc). Also, he beat/stopped some TOUGH black fighter's in Russell, Walters & Rigondeaux along the way to becoming a 3 division champion. However, I rate Pernell as the BETTER fighter overall simply because he fought in a tougher era and won world titles from Lightweight to Light Middleweight. Simply outstanding!

Regardless, Tank is a MONSTER and anybody that tries to downplay his achievements is a fool.
