Stop the comedy, you know thats never existed before. Morrell might be a tougher fight but no fighters fight tough fights just for fun. They fight for legacy and money and morrell offers neither. Andrade was viewed as a 50/50 fight for Benavidez btw. A slick tricky southpaw who has pop. Now everyone pretending it was easy when he was the fighter Canelo and GGG both ducked. That was a solid legacy win.

Simple, his name is an old andrade out of his natural weight. We're not talking hindsight, we knew this would happen. Nobody knows what would happen in DMJ vs benavidez fight, the benavidez don't know what would happen, hence the backtracking. Hey, I'm clamoring for benavidez vs canelo, you know I'm, but I never going to bring Morrell Jr into the equation because it is true benavidez doesn't want to face him now.

I believe Morrell is the future but if Benavidez beats him now how much credit would he get? You'd probably join the chorus of "he just beat an overrated 10-0 fighter".

He would get credit from the critics and from the fans, but he has to fight him, now he ain't getting any credit and a lot of backslashes

LOL. Oh God. Just say you don’t want Benavidez to risk his 0 because people won’t care about him vs Canelo and u want that fight because you know that Benavidez has the advantages to beat Canelo. Benavidez could fight a guy with a record of 19-8 and you would say “he only fought him because Canelo is ducking and Morrell only has 10 wins”

It's all reletive. If somebody new comes along who's real nasty in ring, and people say they think could beat Nel o and that Nel o should fight them. But Nel o chooses to fight Benny instead, people might class Benny as not a tough fight?

That's not true at all. Is happening right now, Morrell Jr is a threat for both benavidez and canelo, still he doesn't fight neither of them.

That would all change if Benavidez beat Morrell up easily. Then the monday morning quarter backs would emerge. Same with Andrade which was generally viewed as a risky fight. Now they are all pretending like he was a worse opponent than John Ryder.

In order for that to happen, he needs to fight him and make sure he beats him easily. Don't you think? Assuming and hypothesis doesn't take you anywhere. You need to test the theory.
